IRC and GT Radial Official Sponsoring Liga Mahasiswa

Jakarta - PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk as national pride tire manufacturers through its two flagship brands GT Radial and IRC, this time collaborate with Liga Mahasiswa ( LIMA ) became one of the sponsors for college student sports activities in 2015. LIMA is a private organization that aims to create a place for Indonesian college students in the sports activities. GT Radial will sponsor badminton and golf, while IRC will be the sponsor for the  basketball, futsal, and swimming.

For PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk ,the steps to become one of the sponsors is based on the vision of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk itself, which always develop the achievements of the young generation of Indonesia. All this time, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk has been successful to bring Indonesia young racers incised achievements in various race such as drifting, slalom, offroad both National and International level.

In motorcycle racing, PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk also focus on developing the talent of the young riders together with Yamaha in Yamaha Cup Race Championships in 2014. Not only that, drag race and grasstrack championship also become the main focus of PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk in line with its commitment to improve young generations achievements.

Arijanto Notorahardjo as GM Marketing & Sales Retail PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk stated that IRC and GT Radial as national pride products will continue to support the positive development of Indonesian young generation talents in various fields.

"This year we are working with LIMA to be one of the sponsors for some sports. We want to increase the vigor of youth to distribute their talents through positive activities like this," said Arijanto.

"For us, LIMA is an appropriate place to accommodate the interests and talents of sports in Indonesia for youth. LIMA not only encourage youth athletis side but also focused on the importance of education ( academics and education ) and social responsibility," he continued.

This activity is expected to be the starting point for the college students who wants to be a national athlete and it can be a fresh air for the government, especially in the field of sports in search of young talents for the Indonesia’s sports improvement.
